Can I return my product?

Absolutely! We only ask that your product has all original tags attached, is unused and in the original new condition for our warehouse to approve a refund

How and where do I return my product?

NORWAY

- Follow the instructions in the return-form that came with your package

- Complete the return-form

- Put both your product and the return-form back into the package that your clothes came in

- Attach the return-label sticker (that was placed inside your package) to the outside of your package

- You can then deliver your package at your nearest PostNord/Posten postal station here

How long can I return a product for?

Items may be returned for a refund within 90 days from the date of your purchase

How long does it take before I get my money back after returning a product?

Refunds will be paid back to your credit card and usually takes between 7 to 14 days depending on your bank

I have not yet received my refund?

If it's been more than 14 days since you returned your product, it may mean that your bank is being slow, however please contact Kristian at support@moods.no for a status update

Can I exchange my product?

Yes you can! Here's how:

- Follow the instructions in the return-form that came with your package

- Complete this form and tick for "change product or size"

- Input the product names you want to switch to

- Put both your product and the return-form back into the package that you got your clothes in

- Attach the return-label sticker (that was placed inside your package) to the outside of your package

Does it cost me anything if I want to return the product(s)?

NORWAY

- If you are returning a product from Norway, there are zero costs for you

INTERNATIONAL

- We do not ship outside Norway
