Why have I not received order confirmation after payment?
There are a few reasons why this could happen:

- Your e-mail address was misspelled
- The order confirmation went to your spam-folder
- The order is not yet processed in our system

Can I cancel my order?

Can I add items to an existing order?
If you just placed your order within the last hour, send us an email at support@moods.no or start a conversation in the chat, and we will see what we can do for you


Can I change my order?
Usually, once the order has been placed, we are unfortunately not able to change your existing order, but feel free to check with us at support@moods.no


I received a gift card / coupon code, how do I use it?
- Boom! You can use your coupon/gift card in our webshop by entering your code upon final checkout, and just like magic it’ll reduce the price of your products
- You can also use your gift card in one of our stores. Simply #flashitlikeyoumeanit to one of our store attendants, and he or she will help you out
